NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT

The County Municipal Planning Commission has approved the following development permit for a data mining center on the site of an oilfield battery.  Copy of the permit is available for viewing at the County office.

Anyone who may be affected or claim to be affected by the above permit may submit an appeal stating their reasons no later than Wednesday December 3^rd, 2024 at 4:30 pm along with the required form and $400 appeal fee to:
