A few Highlights of the Regular Council Meetings held on June 21, 2022. Once they have been approved, the minutes are then available on the County Website under the Council tab.

RFD – County Policy HR 011 Recognition of Service – MOVED by Councillor Elliott to reward the retiring individual and recognize long-term service and dedication to the County of Paintearth as per County Policy HR 011 Recognition of Service.

RFD – County Policy HR 012 Retirement – MOVED by Councillor Norton to reward the individual for their long-term service and dedication to the County of Paintearth No. 18 as per County Policy HR 012 Retirement.

Funding Application – U13 Baseball Coronation Royals – MOVED by Councillor Wiart the County of Paintearth No. 18 provide $500.00 to the U13 Baseball Coronation Royals team playing provincials throughout June and July 2022, as per County Policy AD 018 Recreation & Community Service Grants.

Funding Application – U15 AA Boys Baseball Provincials – MOVED by Councillor Shipton the County of Paintearth No. 18 provide $500.00 to the U15 AA Boys Baseball team playing provincials in July 2022, as per County Policy AD 018 Recreation & Community Service Grants.

Request – Road Repairs SE 19-37-13 W4 - MOVED by Councillor Vockeroth the County undertake the required road repairs for access to the new development on SE 19-37-13 W4.

Request – Children at Play Signs RR 161 & TR 382 - MOVED by Councillor Glazier the County install Children at Play Signs on RR 161 & TR 382.

Seniors Day - MOVED by Councillor Vockeroth the County provide $50.00 to assist with half the cost of the rental for Seniors Day at the Seniors Drop-in Centre in Coronation.

Upcoming Council Meetings – July 19, 2022, August 16, 2022, September 13, October 4, October 18 (Organizational Meeting), November 1, November 22, December 6, and December 20, 2022. Council meeting dates are subject to individual change and commence at 9:00 a.m. Meetings are open to the public and delegations are always welcome. To request a time allotment, please call the office of the CAO. All requests must clearly identify the reason or purpose of the appointment and follow the guidelines as per Section 21 - Delegations of the County’s Procedure Bylaw 703-21.
