RFD – Write off Outstanding Taxes – GIPOT Roll #37142466 – MOVED by Councillor Wiart the County of Paintearth No. 18 write off outstanding taxes in the amount of $10,928.90 related to Roll #37142466 and that a letter be sent to the Minister of Alberta Transportation with copy to the Honourable MLA Nate Horner in regard to the sudden change in policy whereby the County was not advised the Crowfoot Crossing Rest Area was surveyed and registered as a road plan that now qualifies for tax exemption status.
RFD – 3-Year Supply and Deliver ¾” Gravel Contract – MOVED by Councillor Glazier the County of Paintearth No. 18 accepts the tendered price of $3,372,500.00 and signs a contract for a 3-year supply and delivery of ¾” transportation spec gravel with Brockhoff Enterprise Ltd.

Gus Wetter School After School Program Proposal – MOVED by Councillor Wiart that resolution 08.17.21.222 be rescinded.
MOVED by Councillor Glazier the County of Paintearth support the Gus Wetter After School Program in the amount of $5,000.00 with funds from the Community Grants budget and a letter be sent encouraging local fundraising and submission of an application to the Community Enhancement Fund.
